1. Who we are

Colosseum Tickets is an independent third-party booking platform. We are not the official Colosseum website and are not affiliated with the Parco Archeologico del Colosseo or the Italian Ministry of Culture. Official tickets can also be bought directly from the official ticket office, often at a lower price.

2. What you buy

When you book with us you pay for a timed-entry admission ticket to the selected site(s) plus our booking service: securing your time slot, handling the reservation with official suppliers, delivering your e-ticket by email and providing customer support. The price shown includes the ticket and our service fee.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros (€) per person and include VAT. The total is shown before you confirm your booking.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate names, email and phone details, arrive at the entrance on time with a valid ID, and follow site rules. Late arrival may result in loss of entry without refund.

5. Cancellations and refunds

6. Liability

We are not responsible for closures, schedule changes or access restrictions decided by the site management. In such cases we will offer a new date or a full refund.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law and EU consumer protection rules.
