Colosseum Tickets ("we", "us", "our") is an independent, third-party ticket platform. We are not the official website of the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Palatine Hill, or any other attraction listed on this site, and we are not affiliated with the Italian Ministry of Culture or any official ticketing authority. We act as an intermediary that helps you select and purchase admission tickets from official suppliers and authorised resellers.

- Contact details โ name, email address and phone number you enter in the ticket selection and contact forms.
- Booking details โ the experiences, dates, time slots and number of visitors you select.
- Technical data โ IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site secure and working.
We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Any future payment step is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, and card data never touches our servers.

- To improve the website and prevent fraud or misuse.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data on the following bases: performance of a contract (delivering the tickets you ordered), our legitimate interests (running and securing the website, customer support), compliance with legal obligations, and โ where required โ your consent (for optional marketing messages, which you can withdraw at any time).
4. Who we share your data with
