Free cancellation up to 24 hours before

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your selected visit time and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Less than 24 hours before

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit, and no-shows, are not refundable.

Contact us with your booking reference via the Contact page. We confirm your cancellation by email.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Closures by the site

If the attraction closes or your slot is cancelled by the site management, you receive a full refund or a free date change.
